Summary
Specifies the character set used in the message content.
Description
The MimeCharset property contains the character set used for the message.
To get the character set call the Fetch or UidFetch method with the DataItem parameter set to IMAP_BODY_STRUCT. The OnMimeHeader event will be fired, in this event check that the Mask parameter
contains the field IMAP_CHARSET_VALID, if it does then this property is valid.
This property is only valid at runtime and in the OnMimeHeader event. There is no default value for this property.
