A description of the message content found in the MIME header.
Description
The MimeDescription property contains the description of the body of the message. This property gives more information about the content of the body.
To get the body description call the Fetch or UidFetch method with the DataItem parameter set to IMAP_BODY_STRUCT. The OnMimeHeader event will be fired, in this event check that the Mask parameter
contains the field IMAP_DESP_VALID, if it does then this property is valid.
This property is only valid at runtime and in the OnMimeHeader event. There is no default value for this property.
