Summary
The type of encoding used to encode the message content.
Description
The MimeEncoding property contains the encoding type of the message data. This property is useful when decoding a message or body part. The values for this property include "text", "base64",
"quoted-printable" and "uuencode".
To get the encoding type call the Fetch or UidFetch method with the DataItem parameter set to IMAP_BODY_STRUCT. The OnMimeHeader event will be fired, in this event check that the Mask parameter
contains the field IMAP_ENCODE_VALID, if it does then this property is valid.
This property is only valid at runtime and in the OnMimeHeader event. There is no default value for this property.
