Summary
Delivers the mailbox checkpoint. It may return the message statistics in a mailbox.
Description
The OnCheck event occurs in response to the Check method. It delivers the checkpoint from the IMAP server. The Buffer contains the checkpoint data and the Length parameter
contains the length of the buffer.
